This is a 3-month coaching program that bridges the gap between academic excellence and the real-world workplace by blending mindset, leadership, and career readiness.
Through personalized and reflective development, students build self-awareness, communication skills, and leadership presence. The goal is to help them show up with confidence, navigate ambiguity, and foster trust in professional environments — so they’re not just prepared to enter the workforce, but ready to make an impact from day one.
Month 1: Inner Game & Leadership
Focus: Self-awareness, identity, and emotional regulation
Defining your personal leadership style
Building confidence without arrogance (imposter syndrome, perfectionism, etc.)
Emotional resilience & managing pressure
ADHD / neurodiverse strengths in the workplace (if relevant)
Month 2: Working with Others
Focus: Communication, influence, and team dynamics
Feedback culture: giving and receiving with confidence
Navigating group dynamics and managing up
