Leadership Presence & Career Readiness Program

This is a 3-month coaching program that bridges the gap between academic excellence and the real-world workplace by blending mindset, leadership, and career readiness.

Through personalized and reflective development, students build self-awareness, communication skills, and leadership presence. The goal is to help them show up with confidence, navigate ambiguity, and foster trust in professional environments — so they’re not just prepared to enter the workforce, but ready to make an impact from day one.

Month 1: Inner Game & Leadership

Focus: Self-awareness, identity, and emotional regulation

  • Defining your personal leadership style

  • Building confidence without arrogance (imposter syndrome, perfectionism, etc.)

  • Emotional resilience & managing pressure

  • ADHD / neurodiverse strengths in the workplace (if relevant)

Month 2: Working with Others

Focus: Communication, influence, and team dynamics

  • Feedback culture: giving and receiving with confidence

  • Navigating group dynamics and managing up

  • Conflict management and inclusive leadership

  • Presence and storytelling in presentations or interviews

Month 3: Thriving in Transitions

Focus: Career direction, adaptability, and long-term success

  • Career clarity and goal-setting

  • Adapting to uncertainty and change (especially relevant post-COVID & with AI disruption)

  • Mental agility and managing career-related stress

  • Building a personal brand that aligns with your values

  1. Group coaching circles to build peer support and reflection

  3. Live masterclasses or "real talk" panels on mindset and modern careers

  4. A pre/post self-assessment to track student growth and satisfaction

Companies can select from four modular topics or work with me to tailor a customized 1- to 2-day training experience that meets their specific talent development goals.
